Open Class with Cat McCarthy

Energy is heightened as soon as a smiling Cat McCarthy enters the room, quickly and efficiently sets things up, and personally meets with each student. After making sure everyone has whatever he or she needs, Cat begins with a sweet anecdote that serves as a metaphor for the practice. We loved how skillfully she wove this metaphoric thread throughout class, and how, by the end, just about everyone had accomplished some version of Hanumanasana (full split!).  Expect to go upside down, and be challenged, and definitely expect to feel full charged and ready for the world. Great for regular practitioners.
