We tapped Kristin McGee again this week to help us with our running practice – as we're gearing up for a race in Central Park this weekend. Kristin says, "This flow in particular opens up the quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, chest, back and shoulders, which is crucial for a runner's performance, stamina and strength. I also love to do this flow as a cool down and stay a bit longer in the crescent lunge, and quad and hamstring stretches. This flow opens up the lungs and helps runner's tap in to their energizing breath as well." Try her Runner's Flow video and you'll feel ready to hit the pavement.
